À l’occasion de notre traditionnel weekend en commun, avec nos confrères et consoeurs de Jong Groen nous organisons toute une série d’activités en commun autour de l’écologie politique. Le samedi 4 février à 14h30 se tiendra une conférence avec Sarah Schlitz (Secrétaire d’Etat Ecolo) et Fourat Ben Chikha (Sénateur Groen) : « Vers une Belgique ouverte et inclusive ».
Dans une premier temps Sarah Schlitz nous présentera la nouvelle Loi Féminicide qui dont elle est à l’origine qui cherche à lutter contre les violences et les homicides liés au genre en permettant une meilleure définition et prévention de ceux-ci.
L’intervention de Fourat Ben Chikha sera axée autour des sujets de la migration, l’éducation, les droits humains, l’égalité et les droits LGBTQIA+.

Tijdens ons traditionele weekend met onze medejongeren bij Jong Groen hebben we een reeks activiteiten georganiseerd rond de thema politieke ecologie. Op zaterdag 4 februari 2023 zullen we worden vergezeld door onze speciale gasten Sarah Schlitz, staatssecretaris van Ecolo, en Fourat Ben Chikha, senator voor Groen voor een conefrentie.
Als eerst zal Sarah Schlitz de nieuwe « Loi Féminicide » voorstellen die ze heeft geïnitieerd en die gericht is op de strijd tegen geweld en moorden gemotiveerd door seksisme, door een meer grondige definitie van dergelijke daden en preventieve maatregelen mogelijk te maken.

During our traditionnal weekend with our peers at Jong Groen, we organised a series of activities tackling the themes around political ecology. On Saturday the 4th of February 2023, we will be joined by our special guests Sarah Schlitz, secretary of state for Ecolo, and Fourat Ben Chikha, Senator for Groen, for the conference : « The road to an open and inclusive Belgium ».
First, Sarah Schlitz will present the new « Loi Féminicide » she initiated which aims at fighting against violence and homicides motivated by sexism, by allowing a more thourough definition of such acts and preventive measures.
Fourat Ben Chikha’s presentation will tackle the subjects of migration, education, human rights, equality, LGBTQIA+ rights…
